Nearly 90% cities September rising prices rose 43.52%

In the ten cities such as Beijing, the total sample survey data, the September ten cities average price of 15260 yuan/square meters, the chain Rose 0.83%.　　Among them, Shenzhen, Hangzhou chain rose more than 2%, Beijing, Nanjing rose more than 1%, Guangzhou and other 6 cities less than 0.5%. On average, the top ten cities are up 43.52% per cent, down 1.56% from last month. Among them, Beijing's biggest increase, up 59.03% year-on-year, Hangzhou Rose 57.71% ranked second, Shanghai, Nanjing, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Chongqing, 5 cities in the rise between 30-50%, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan between the 20-30%, of which Wuhan rose the smallest, 21.42%.
