November German industry employment declined by 0.3%

The German Federal Statistical Office 17th Statistics results showed that November 2010 German processing industry employment nearly 5 million, compared with the same period last year decreased by 12,800, the decline of 0.3%, but completed work total 684 million hours, an increase of 5.5% (mainly because of the same period of 09 more than one day working days), Total labor remuneration of 22 billion euros, an increase of 4.2% year-on-year. The decline in employment was mainly in the metal manufacturing and processing industries (-1.6%) and the metal Products industry (-1.1%).
