October food price rise 10.1%cpi up 4.4%

One of the most interesting is that the two price indicators have risen again.　　The consumer price index rose 4.4% per cent year-on-year to a 25-month high, up 0.8% from September, and the factory-manufactured price index rose 5% per cent from the previous month, to a 0.7% increase. Figures from the National Bureau of Statistics show that consumer prices have risen markedly in October. Food prices rose 10.1%, Non-food prices rose 1.6%, consumer prices rose 5%, and service prices rose 2.5%. The prices of the eight major categories of commodities rose by two six. 1-October, consumer prices rose 3% year-on-year, up 0.1% from the previous three. October CPI rose 0.7% per cent quarter-on-quarter. PPI gains have also widened.
