Oriental Garden sign 660 million project

Oriental Garden (002310.SZ) today, the company announced in December 6 with the Zibo Linzi District People's government signed a framework cooperation agreement on Landscape Engineering, the landscape project total investment of about 660 million yuan, design costs about 19.8 million yuan. The total area of construction project under this agreement is about 3.32 million square meters. The project contents include earthwork, civil engineering, hydropower, sound, lighting, garden sketch, fountain, topography, garden planting, river bank and other project design scope.　　The construction project under this agreement is Linzi Landscape Project, the main contents include: Linzi District Middle School landscape Greening project, the area is about 80,000 square meters, the road Greening improvement project, the area of about 240,000 square meters, Zihe landscape upgrading project, the area of about 3 million square meters. The two sides agreed to submit the audit settlement materials within one months after the completion of the acceptance, audit by the audit department, the completion of the final settlement of the time does not exceed 2 months, otherwise the amount of the payment by party B. During the construction period, party A shall pay the project progress by 50% of the monthly completed works until the project is completed. Pay 30% of the cost of the project within one year after each project is completed. Pay the balance within two years after completion.
