NetEase Finance December 21, the bank announced the evening announcement, the company December 18 and the United States Silicon Valley Bank signed an agreement to set up a joint venture bank in China, the agreement has yet to be approved by China and the U.S. regulatory authorities.　　If the terms negotiated by the parties are approved by the relevant regulatory authorities, the Silicon Valley Bank will fund no more than 500 million yuan and hold a stake of not more than 50% per cent in the joint venture bank. Pu FA Bank today closed at 12.79 yuan, rising 2.9%.
