This paper proposes a cloud-oriented service trading framework, which supports multi-agent based diversification transactions. The market in the transaction fully play the role of matchmaking, first of all, in accordance with the service provider and service users registered supply and demand information on the transaction for the first match, for the negotiation of transactions, the role of the market is also reflected in the consultation process, in this paper, the consultation model, we have fully considered this This paper takes cloud manufacturing platform as intermediary agent, proposes a service negotiation model based on synchronous proposal, and the service provider and service user submits their proposals to the intermediary agent synchronously, and the intermediary agent makes a judgment on the transaction between the two parties, by which the negotiation process can be expedited, And so that the parties to the transaction do not have to worry about exposing their trading preferences. In the process of negotiation, it is proposed that the genetic algorithm should be used to make concessions based on time and other behaviors, which embodies the characteristics of mutual adaptation and learning in multi agent interaction. Finally, based on the cloud manufacturing service platform and the service negotiation method based on the synchronization proposal, the paper realizes the related module of automatic negotiation, and verifies and analyzes the bilateral automatic negotiation model based on synchronization proposal. The feasibility and superiority of the model are verified by the experimental analysis. The next research work is mainly in the description of classification services, adjust the negotiation strategy to ensure that the mutual benefit solution.
