Shanda Games appoints JPMorgan Chase as ADR Depository Bank

On the morning of October 16, JPMorgan announced today that it has been appointed depository Bank of the United States Depository Voucher ("ADR") for the network game provider Shanda Games Limited ("Shanda Games").　　Shanda Games is a China's online game development, operations and distributors, dedicated to a wide range of Chinese community users, to provide a wide range of game products, including multiplayer online role-playing games and advanced casual games. It is the largest single IPO by Chinese companies to date in the United States and one of the largest IPOs in the United States so far this year.
