Supor large shareholder Seb International Holdings to 70%

Supor (002032) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Seb International to 30 yuan/share price by the Supor Group and Suzenfo respectively held Supor 12.17% shares and 7.83% shares. It is understood that January 2008, Seb International through the agreement transfer, directional additional and offer the acquisition of the way already held Supor 51.31% of the shares.　　The limited sale condition shares 144,313,000 shares, accounting for Supor existing total share capital 25%, unlimited sale condition shares for 151,902,265 shares, accounting for the total amount of 26.31% of the company's capital. After the transfer is completed, SEB International will hold 411,665,665 shares of Supor shares, accounting for Supor's total issued share capital ratio of 71.31%, Supor Group will hold 67,912,392 shares of Supor, accounting for Supor of the total issued share capital of 11.76%　　Suzenfo will no longer hold Supor shares. In the past three years, the original holding shareholder of the Sioux clan and Supor Group and SEB International cooperation between the fruitful, so that the company has achieved good growth performance. The Sioux clan and the Supor group have indicated to SEB International that they intend to sell some of their shares, but will continue to be Supor shareholders while retaining some Supor shares.
