Survey of Taiwan institutions: 85% Financial Staff surveyed

Taipei, December 17 (Xinhua) The latest survey by Taiwan's human Resources Enterprise, "1111 Human Resource Bank", found that 85% of the financial staff surveyed and those who intended to enter the financial sector were interested in working in the mainland, including the mainland financial services sector.　　The survey also found that Taiwan's financial sector people are willing to work in mainland China, there are three major factors, namely, "work more development, full of challenges", "optimistic about the development of land-funded enterprises in Taiwan", and "mainland financial enterprises more internationalization." As the global economy recovers, the hardest-hit financial sector has reopened to attract talent, according to Taiwan's joint newspaper, published on 17th.　　"1111 Human Bank" survey found that at present, Taiwan's financial enterprises have canceled the pay cut, and expected year-end bonuses, especially by the recent signing of the Cross-strait MOU (Financial Supervision Cooperation memorandum) of the major positive impact, nearly 40% of respondents are interested in entering financial related industries.　　He Qisan, PR director of the 1111 Human bank, said that after the signing of the MOU, with the cross-strait financial markets opening up, it is expected that the activities of financial talent will become a new trend, and the activities will be dominated by middle and senior executives. Another note, with the signing of MOU, Taiwan set off a new wave of candidates for the financial industry related to the climax of the license. Recently, the CFA (Chartered Financial Analysis) examination in Taiwan attracted more than 800 participants. Taiwanese insiders say the test is now being sought after, mainly because the license is available in Taiwan, mainland China and Hong Kong, while CFA fund managers earn 1 time times more in mainland China than Taiwan.
