Wang said that despite the rapid development of China's foreign investment cooperation over the years, China's "Going global" is still in its infancy in general.　　In the 2009, China's foreign direct investment accounted for only 1.3% of the global stock, and there was still a big gap between Chinese companies and the real multinationals.　　Wang said that the Ministry of Commerce will focus on the following three areas of work.　　First, speed up the system design and policy formulation, gradually improve the "go out" legal framework, the relevant management and management into the legal track, and gradually improve the tax, finance, foreign exchange, industry and other policy promotion system.　　Second, do a good job of strategic planning and macro-guidance, do a good job of foreign investment cooperation "Twelve-Five" development planning, the regular release of foreign investment cooperation country industry guidance documents, so that enterprises clear "go out" direction and focus. Third, we should strengthen public service and risk prevention, expand public information resources, increase policy consultation and training, build various investment cooperation platforms for enterprises, perfect risk prevention system, and improve the ability to deal with various kinds of crises, disputes and emergencies.
