In the last half century, services in industrialized countries have quickly overtaken industry in terms of employment and value added, becoming the largest sector in the economy. We should have some basic points in speeding up the development of modern service industry, one is to vigorously develop the production-oriented service industry, focusing on the development of production services and promoting the development of our entire service industry. Second, to standardize the promotion of life-oriented service industry, we should vigorously develop community health, domestic services, old-age kindergartens and other community services.　　Third, we should focus on improving the service industry for rural areas. Consumer services are mainly for the needs of individuals to provide services. Our country is now in the period of industrialization transition. According to the experience of the developed countries such as the United States and Japan, with the advance of industrialization, the continuous enrichment of social products and the rapid growth of service demand after the basic needs of the people have been met, which will promote the overall rapid rise of consumer services and will be maintained into the first 20 years after industrialization. At present, the consumption structure of residents is changing, China's consumer service industry is entering the fast lane of development. In the early stage of industrialization, the consumption service expenditure of the residents in our country accounted for only about 20% of the total consumption expenditure, and then rising, and now it has reached more than 40%.　　Compared with the United States and Japan, this proportion still has a larger rise in space, the main impetus from the future consumption of the overall upgrade. In addition, the development planning of modern service industry should increase the impetus to the productive service industry and increase the cultivation of new mode and growth point of producer service industry.Dimension。　　We refer to producer services in such a high position because in the context of the current restructuring of China's manufacturing industry, the development of producer services is an important way to increase industrial value-added and optimize the allocation of social resources, but also an important factor in the transition from intensive economic growth to technological progress and efficiency promotion.
