Two sectors: prohibition of agricultural land for non-agricultural construction

Commercial News (reporter Qilin) Ministry of Land, the Ministry of Agriculture yesterday issued a "notice on improving the management of agricultural land for Facilities" (hereinafter referred to as "notice"), reiterated agricultural land agricultural principles, the implementation of "three prohibited, three prohibitions": No change of land use, unauthorized or disguised use of agricultural land for other non-agricultural construction　　, shall not exceed the standard of land use, prohibit unauthorized expansion of the scale of the facilities or expand the scale of the facilities by means of a separate declaration, and shall not change the nature of the facilities directly engaged in or serving agricultural production, and prohibit unauthorized use of the facilities for other operations. The notice stipulates that the agricultural land of the facility includes the land for farming, such as livestock and poultry, plant cultivation or aquaculture, and its corresponding ancillary facilities, and the drying field outside the rural homestead. The place of production facilities is the land of facilities used directly for the production of agricultural products in the Agricultural project area, and the land for ancillary facilities is a facility for the production of direct agricultural products in the agricultural project area. Agricultural land, which is directly used or served in agriculture, is different in nature from non-agricultural construction projects and is administered by agricultural land.
