United States to determine the existence of Chinese steel grating plate dumping and subsidies I am dissatisfied

Xinhua Beijing, June 3 (reporter Remin) The U.S. Ministry of Commerce announced recently to China's steel grid board anti-dumping anti-dumping countervailing investigation results, the director of the Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce said 3rd that the U.S. side in the Anti-dumping anti-dumping countervailing investigation in the use of alternative countries, external benchmarks, adverse facts and other discriminatory practices,　　China expresses its dissatisfaction and opposition to the erroneous determination of the existence of dumping and subsidies and the arbitrary raising of anti-dumping and countervailing duty rates. The official believed that the U.S. side in the dumping and subsidy identification and calculation of the wrong way to harm the interests of China, is not acceptable to the Chinese government and industry.　　These erroneous practices have been found in other cases by the United States courts as improper, China urged the United States to face up to the objective facts and take effective measures to correct the wrong practice. The official said that the United States has launched 25 consecutive anti-dumping countervailing investigations on Chinese exports, and the number of U.S. trade relief cases with China in 2009 and the amounts involved have increased 53% and 8 times times respectively. This kind of behavior has harmed China's interests and negatively affected bilateral economic and trade relations. China believes that open trade and investment are self-evident to the importance of China and the United States and an important way to promote global economic recovery and balanced development. China has been restrained in its use of trade relief measures and hopes that the US side will abide by the commitments of the G20 Summit and the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries in the near future to refrain from using trade relief measures against protectionism.
