Vanke July Sales decline

Vanke (000002) announced July sales, July 2010, the company achieved sales area of 758,000 square meters, sales amount of 8.44 billion yuan, respectively, than the same period in 2009 increased by 30.1% and 64.9%. However, June Vanke achieved sales area of 857,000 square meters, sales amount of 8.77 billion yuan.　　In contrast, sales in July and sales fell by 11.55% and 3.76% respectively.　　1-July, the company cumulative sales area of 3.96 million square meters, sales amount of 45.21 billion yuan.　　Since the June 2010 sales briefing, Vanke has added 4 new projects, located in Dalian, Langfang, Shenzhen and Wuhan respectively. Dalian Charming d/e Massif project is located in Dalian Shahekou District, west of the Charm City project. The project covers an area of about 68,000 square meters with a volume rate of 1.9 and a total area of 130,000 square meters.　　Vanke owns the project 100% interest, pay the premium payment of 330 million yuan. Langfang Xianghe Project is located in Langfang Xianghe County. The project covers an area of about 265,000 square meters with a volume rate of 2.5 and a total area of 662,000 square meters.　　Vanke owns the project 50% interest, pay the premium payment of 160 million yuan. Shenzhen Bugisha Project is located in Shenzhen Longgang District Buji Town, west of Chavan, north of Busha Road. The project covers an area of about 105,000 square meters with a volume rate of 4.5 and a total area of 481,000 square meters.　　Vanke owns the project 65% interest, pay the premium payment of 1.33 billion yuan. The old project of Wuhan Shing Village is located in the south of Wuhan Jianghan District, west of Hong Kong Road. The project covers an area of about 103,000 square meters with a volume rate of 5.3 and a total area of 543,000 square meters. Vanke owns the project 100% Equity, the project is expected to cost about 2 billion yuan comprehensive renovation.
