Including Beijing win Jia Mansion project, the project is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, East Third Ring road, the net covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, the volume rate of 6.3, the volume rate of about 34,000 square meters, Vanke owns the project 50% interest, to pay the transaction price of 570 million yuan. Urumqi Carp Mountain Project, the net covers an area of about 46,000 square meters, the volume rate of 2.5, the volume rate of about 115,000 square meters, Vanke must pay the premium section 170 million yuan. Dalian Bay New Area Project, the net covers about 757,000 square meters, the volume rate is 1.7, the volume rate is about 1.253 million square meters, Vanke owns the project 55% interest, must pay the premium paragraph 690 million yuan.
