Watson Biology (300142) January 18 Noon notice said that the Board agreed to the company to raise funds to the wholly-owned subsidiary Yuxi Watson Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Watson Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to increase capital, a total increase of 413 million yuan. According to the announcement, the company intends to raise funds 318 million yuan, 95.0095 million yuan to increase the way of capital injection into Yuxi Watson, Watson, Jiangsu. After the increase, the registered capital of the two companies will be changed to 328 million yuan and 125 million yuan respectively.
