From 2011 onwards, the West Wing International will become the Boeing 747-8 inside the flap project's sole supplier. "As the most challenging aerospace product component of the Boeing Subcontracting project, Boeing 747-8 internal flap is the largest aircraft structure in China made by Boeing, its main structural parts are all used composite material, the compound material is more than 70%, with complex structure, difficult to develop,　　Single-frame products subcontract the highest amount of characteristics. Since June 2007, the West Flight International, AVIC International and Boeing jointly signed the Boeing 747-8 aircraft within the flap and rear rib, such as large parts of the production contract, West Flight International has successfully delivered to Boeing 20 pieces of rear rib products. After delivery of the 747-8 first internal flaps, it is expected that by the end of this year, the West Flying International will also be delivering 3 pieces of 747-8 internal flaps, and since 2011 becomes the only 747-8 within the flap project supplier, To maintain the annual delivery of about 20 per cent of the rate and at the same time the production of Boeing 747-8 in the flap supporting the installation of all the composite parts, then, the Western Flying International Subcontract production will enter a new stage.
