Right-click My Computer >> Properties >> advanced system settings

Select Advanced System Settings

Click "Remote" to select "Allow remote link to this computer"

Start menu, select Run, enter "Secpol.msc" to enable "Local Security settings"

Select security Settings >> Local Policies >> security options

In the right window of security options, locate the account: Local accounts with blank passwords only allow console logons

Double-click Select Disabled to determine.
