解決方案：

1、右擊windows Azure Command Prompty，選擇以管理員方式運行。

2、在開啟的cmd命令視窗，輸入：DSInit /sqlInstance:.
，即表示成功。

否則，需要安裝SQL Express 版本，然後運行第二步。
