7. Open eclipse, help-> install new...-> Add-> archive...ADT 0.9.zipFile-> Name text box write name-> all the way to the next step

 

8. Windows> perferences> Android> SDK location> your SDK package. (E:/Android-SDK-Windows)-> apply-> select Android 2.2-> OK-> restart eclipse
