After reading the article "programmer", I was inspired to simply use such a long error prompt to search for it, I searched Google with the keyword "Energy Policy Manager could not keep the Sleep file". Fortunately, the first query solved my problem. It said: "Uninstall the virtual optical drive software and then enable sleep ". I have installed daemon on my machine. After uninstalling daemon, enabling sleep is successful once!

Our data center accesses the Internet through an HTTP proxy that needs to verify the user password. Therefore, sending and receiving emails via Outlook is a problem. In addition to the high price of international traffic, it is always not good to access the Internet in the data center. With my introduction, I learned two useful software:
CCProxy: Convert your machine into a proxy server. in CCProxy, set the existing proxy as its second-level proxy, and then set your machine to access the Internet through your CCProxy proxy, in this way, most of the software that cannot be normally used due to HTTP Proxy restrictions is successfully solved. CCProxy simulates sock, POP3, SMTP, and other proxies for me through HTTP proxy.
E-border DRIVER: the problem of international traffic cannot be solved only through CCProxy. We hope to find a free domestic proxy on the Internet to visit abroad. Such a proxy is very easy to find, but I cannot use it, because Internet Explorer has already been set to access the Internet through a local proxy, it is impossible to set a second-level proxy. E-border driver solves this problem. It can forward the network traffic of the local machine to a proxy by default. After installing it, set its proxy to the local machine and set CCProxy not to go through it. After this setting, if proxy is not set in software such as IE, it means the local CCProxy proxy is used. In this case, you can set other domestic agents in IE. Then, the goal of saving money on the Internet is achieved.
