You can run the uptime command to view the system load, which is about 20, and the first column of vmstat is about 20. The machine basically cannot run.

But it was good a few days ago. I don't know why it suddenly became like this.

I have read many articles on the Internet and adjusted the system kernel parameters and the configuration parameters for PHP and nginx. the problem persists and I don't know what to do!
