I bought Lenovo u450 and win7 operating systems. The online banking system of BOC cannot log on after the control is downloaded. Internet Explorer always stops working and does not know how to handle it. Please help. Thank you!

Try to run ie as an administrator, and click tools -- Internet Options -- Advanced -- to cancel the check before "enable memory protection to help reduce online attacks. OK.

Close and re-open IE, click tool-Compatibility View settings-Add the Chinese bank's website to this list, and try again to access the Chinese bank's website.

 

Deselect "enable protection mode" in "Internet Options --- Security.
