Kail VMware host SS Internet

Environment

• Host: Windows WIN10
• Vm:kali Linux (basically Linux systems are available)

Steps

1. Run Shadowsocks.exe on the host windows and tick "Allow LAN connections"
2. To run a virtual machine with a bridge (when the virtual machine is on the same LAN as the host)
3. Enter the Linux system, settings–network–network Proxy Check Manual (manual), address all the host IP (LAN network segment), set up the proxy port (can be viewed under Windows Shadowsocks, Typically default 1080)
4. Linux accesses www.google.com with a browser, successfully

IP is the IPV4 address of the Ethernet adapter Ethernet (the first time the Ethernet adapter is populated with a VMware IP resulting in a failure)

The difference between Kail's network proxy and other Linux is that there is no confirmation button
