Mac tips for using ADSL dial-up Internet

This article introduces the way that Apple computers dial the Internet via ADSL.

① Click on the upper left corner of the blue Apple, System Preferences → network → new location → create a new location, custom name, such as: ADSL

② display → built-in Ethernet

③pppoe→ Select Connection Use pppoe→ Enter account name and password, choose Store password, select Show PPPoE Status in menu

④tcp/ip→ppp

⑤ configuration complete → apply Now

⑥ from the upper-right corner of the screen, click the Ethernet icon and select Connect from the drop-down menu to begin dialing.
