There are often friends around me who are not satisfied with the status quo, hoping to get rid of the boring work, create their own business, and occasionally talk to me about entrepreneurship through the Internet, I was urged to seriously consider the issue of making money on the Internet. Over time, I have a certain understanding of Internet entrepreneurship. Now I want to help my friends who are interested in starting a business on the Internet.

In fact, my initial intention was to write a series about how to make money through the website, and I also wrote the first article to introduce the most basic things, that is, the essence of the Internet. However, after that, I was busy developing two websites and put them on hold for a long time. This is the second article.
In my opinion, the Internet can be summarized into three basic models, and different Internet revenues are derived from these three basic models. The third basic mode is business income, advertising revenue, and service income.

First, e-commerce revenue. After the birth of the Internet, the greatest boost to social productivity is the exchange of science and technology and other information, and the development of global science and technology. The second major role is the proximity of global enterprises, promoting the development of global commerce. Because of the huge effect of the Internet on social productivity, I put e-commerce first. E-commerce has three basic modes: B2B, B2C, and C2C, which represent the enterprise-to-Enterprise, enterprise-to-individual, and individual-to-individual. On the Internet, B2B has greatly expanded the supply and sales channels selected by global enterprises compared with the era without the Internet, effectively reducing raw material costs and promoting sales opportunities. B2C enables enterprises to face the end customers, saving the cost of sales channels and logistics costs. As for C2C, I personally think it is an extension of B2C. B2B has several methods. One is to join a well-known B2B website platform, such as the Alibaba website and HC network. Earlier this year, the Ministry of Commerce also launched a free B2B platform, a formal enterprise, you can try it. Second, you can build an enterprise website, display your own products, and then wait for the customer to browse. The second method is more passive than the B2B website platform. B2C is an enterprise website with sales functions, allowing customers to place orders directly through the website and purchase enterprise products. On the other hand, e-commerce also makes the competition environment of global enterprises more intense, and breaks the traditional regional restrictions, making it much more difficult for an enterprise to monopolize in a region, this in turn prompted most enterprises to adopt e-commerce to gain the power of development and survival. E-commerce revenue comes from the profits produced by traditional business activities, but the investment of enterprises in E-commerce has increased the profits of traditional business activities. Of course, this investment in e-commerce must be correct, otherwise it may not be rewarded.

Second, advertising revenue. Advertisement revenue is the most desired thing for webmasters and the main source of income for webmasters. According to an article I recently saw on the webmaster station, the webmaster of GJJ receives 0.3 million of the advertising revenue each month. Another article lists GOOGLE ADSENSE's top 10 revenue websites, in another article, the online advertising market in 2006 reached $2 billion. Oh, it's tempting to use numbers. However, the most basic condition for splitting a piece of cake from $2 billion is that your website (or blog) has enough access traffic. With sufficient traffic, you can earn advertising revenue from advertising alliances or sellers who directly place advertisements on your website. Only websites with huge traffic can obtain advertising revenue directly from advertisers. Most of the common small and medium webmasters still earn revenue from advertising alliances. We can often see someone posting in outdated forums or other forums where webmasters often go to say how much advertising revenue they get from XX Advertising Alliance. Most of these people are children-care, and most of these advertising alliances are new. I have also set up and managed an advertising alliance for my friends, but I am not very popular. Later, I ended up with nothing (for other reasons, I am not managing that alliance anymore ), however, sometimes someone finds me on QQ and requests advertisements. Ad alliances are various. Some of them deduct a certain percentage of webmaster clicks to earn revenue, while others get revenue from the difference between the advertiser's investment and the payment made to the website owner, other advertising alliances simply get revenue by dropping the number of webmasters at random. Now, some ad alliances buy monthly advertising spaces for websites and sell them to earn revenue. I put google adsense ads on my site. The average data for more than a year is about 1000. There will be 2 clicks (0.2%) on display, with an average revenue of about 0.25 RMB per click, based on the traffic, you can take a look at the possible revenue of your website after google adsense is launched. I may calculate that a website with a IP address can get about 15 yuan a month through GOOGLE ADSENSE. In turn, I can also think that the value of the conspicuous advertising space of the daily IP1000 website is about 15 yuan. I recently wrote an ad space Value Evaluation Program (http://www.AdValue.Cn/) that is based on this standard to calculate the value of the ad space. Of course, this data is for reference only.
