1. When you use Flashget to download a large file, it takes a while for FlashGet to start downloading.

Fault performance: When we use Flashget to download files, we often find that the machine has been suspended for a short period of time. The larger the file to be downloaded, the longer it takes. When the machine runs multiple program windows, you can see that a "apply for disk space" window appears before the flash get download, and then flash get is suspended.

Fault resolution: we will find that when the flash get download tool is used to download the software, when the software has not been downloaded, a file with the suffix ". jc" will be generated in the hard disk. When flash get starts to download, the program needs to generate the suffix ".. To prevent flash get from generating temporary files, you can switch to the "other" tab in the "options" Window of the flash get program and disable the "apply for disk space after obtaining the file size" option, in this way, you do not need to allocate disk space in advance when downloading files.

Fault comments: Flashget is the most commonly used software for our daily downloads. However, when we use it, we will also find that there is a false phenomenon, and we are also familiar with the Flashget menus. However, when we use this software, we have never thoroughly studied the functions of the software. 2. The "Thumbs. db" file in the image folder cannot be deleted.

Fault description: the operating system of the machine is Windows XP SP2. Create a folder for storing images on the hard disk of the machine. Some files are to be deleted because the hard drive of the machine needs to be organized. However, during File Sorting, a file named "Thumbs. db" cannot be deleted. After checking the attributes of the file, it is found that the disk space is very large and the attribute is archive.

Fault resolution: we can know through the Microsoft community that "Thumbs. db" is a thumbnail file of image files, mainly to speed up Image Browsing. You can delete this file directly. If you browse this image folder before deleting this file, you must log out of the machine before deleting it. If the system does not generate this scaling file, we can cancel the file generation by setting: Double-click "Folder Options" in the control panel, and select the "View" tab in the window that opens, select "Do not cache thumbnail" in the list below, and click "OK.

Fault comment: in the operating system, if we open a file, especially similar to "Thumbs. db. If the file is not deregistered, the file will not be removed from the memory, so it cannot be deleted. You can log out of the machine or perform memory sorting to delete the machine.

3. IE browser cannot open level 2 page

Fault performance: When I used IE to browse the Web page, I clicked the hyperlink on the Web page without any response. Place the address of the second-level page in a new IE window to open the page. However, the second-level page cannot be opened in an IE window.

Troubleshooting: The most common cause of this problem is that the new window module of IE has been damaged. To solve this problem, click "Start> Run" and enter regsvr32 actxprxy. dll and press Enter. Also, in "run", type regsvr32 shdocvw. dll and press Enter. Restart your computer. If the problem persists, run the following methods in the mshtml. dll, urlmon. dll, msjava. dll, browseui. dll, oleaut32.dll, and shell32.dll files. Another solution is to enter the "Sfc" command in "run" in the "Start" menu to check whether the above files are damaged. If the files are damaged, insert the system disk for repair.

Fault comment: it is a common fault that IE cannot open the second-level page. The root cause is file damage. We can fix this problem by repairing the DLL file.

4. The "Pagefile. sys" file cannot be deleted.

Fault performance: the operating system of the machine is Windows XP SP1. Manual disk cleaning is started due to a long time. During disk cleanup, a file named "Pagefile. sys files occupy MB of disk space and cannot be deleted. The system is in use ". After the system is deregistered, the system cannot be deleted after the deletion operation is re-executed, and the same prompt is displayed.

Fault resolution: in Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems, "Pagefile. sys" is a virtual memory file of the system, so it cannot be deleted. The operating system cannot have no virtual memory, but we can move the disk partition where the virtual memory is located. The specific operation to transfer virtual memory is to open "system" in "Control Panel", open the "advanced" menu in "System Properties", and in "performance options" advanced, transfers virtual memory to other hard disk partitions. The "Pagefile. sys" file is automatically deleted.

Fault comment: "Pagefile. sys" is a file with virtual memory, and the size of the file shows the virtual memory size of the current system. Therefore, this file cannot be deleted as long as the operating system is started. After we transfer the system's virtual memory to another partition on the hard disk, the file will be automatically deleted.

5. The computer cannot enter the operating system after installing the Vientiane management software.

Fault performance: the operating system of the machine is Windows XP. After all the applications are installed, the machine cannot enter the desktop after the 876 version of the Vientiane management software is installed. Each time the machine is started, it will be automatically restarted after the logon interface appears.

Fault resolution: Before the Vientiane management software is installed, the system runs normally, proving that the system of the machine is in good condition. After the Vientiane management software is installed, because the machine is restarted repeatedly after the logon interface appears, it can be proved that the Vientiane client cannot communicate with the server. Check the network of the machine and find that the network is not plugged in. After plugging in the network cable, troubleshoot the problem.

Fault comments: After the Wanxiang management software is installed and the machine continuously restarts, it can prove that the Wanxiang management end cannot communicate with the client. We should learn more about the basic knowledge of some software. This fault cannot be identified through analysis, but is based on experience.

6. Black screen after the monitor enters the Operating System

Fault performance: the operating system of the machine is Windows XP and the Pubwin management software is installed. When the machine is turned on, the display is normal, but after logging on to the operating system, the display is black and the prompt "attention out of range H: 118.0 KHZ, V: 224.8HZ" appears. After the display and host are tested, the hardware has no quality problems.

Fault resolution: the system enters the safe mode and the display is normal. According to the prompts on the screen, it can be seen that the resolution setting in the display property is too high. After entering safe mode, change the display property settings. After the computer is restarted, the display is normal.
