WIN10 Network has an exclamation point, but can surf the internet normally

Recently, the network icon in the lower right corner of Win10 has an exclamation point, but can surf the internet. Originally did not want to listen to, but today when you open OneDrive, prompted no network connection, estimated to be affected by this, so record the solution.

1. Open the NIC Properties window, select Network Client, click Configure
   
2. Select advanced to set the mass transfer offload V2 (IPV4) value to OFF
   
   3. Network card automatically re-enable, problem solving
