Syntax: string fgets (int fp, int length)
Description:
Returns a string of Length-1 (bytes) long in the file indicator where the length-1 bit (bytes) long string has been read, or a new row, or at the end of the file, the read will end.
Returns False if an error occurs.
Common errors:
People using the C language of fgets should notice how the EOF is transmitted back to the difference.
