Not long ago, Zhejiang Province, the Consumer Insurance Committee in Wenzhou, Ningbo, the two sides of the Consumer Protection Committee, for television, online shopping consumer satisfaction survey activities, about nearly 60% of consumers are very dissatisfied with TV shopping.

The survey was conducted in the form of questionnaires, which included a total of 1000 questionnaires and 981 valid questionnaires for all ages, occupations and different income groups in Wenzhou and Ningbo counties (cities and districts). The contents of the survey relate to the consumer's consumption times, consumer groups, commodity types and consumer disputes, and the causes of the problems.

TV, online shopping with cheap, time-saving fast and other trading advantages, the survey target of 60% of consumers are often online and television shopping. The survey found that the most popular products are mainly concentrated in clothing bags, digital products, cosmetics and other items. Among them, the purchase of clothing bags through the network accounted for the total number of consumers surveyed 52%, the purchase of digital products accounted for 31.1%.

TV, network shopping because of the particularity of the transaction form, the two sides do not exist in the traditional sense of face-to-face transactions, some operators in the sale of goods not too much attention to after-sales service, not timely solution to the problem of consumer reflection, a drag and drop. The survey shows that the quality of the goods purchased through television and net can be solved within three days, accounting for 9.5%, and that the operator can solve the problem within one week, accounting for 22.9%. Operators within three days to solve the problem of less than 10%.

There are 548 people who are dissatisfied or dissatisfied with the TV shopping, accounting for 59.6% of the total number of consumers surveyed. A total of 177 respondents who were dissatisfied or dissatisfied with online shopping accounted for 18% of the total number of consumers surveyed. Sellers lack of integrity, the law is not perfect to become a consumer tort two major reasons.

It is reported that in order to reduce the cost of protecting the rights of consumers, shorten the time of safeguarding rights, and increase the rate of handling disputes, the provincial Consumer Insurance Committee will jointly Bingjiang District with Taobao to establish a "Taobao network shopping complaints processing platform", through this special platform, timely and effectively deal with the consumption of Taobao disputes.
