Optimization of anti-collision algorithm for radio frequency Identification reader system in IoT
Pan Hao Chen Mong
For radio frequency identification (RFID) application domain Reader collision problem, the frame time slot algorithm based on polling and the bits anti-collision algorithm are compared, and an improved frame time slot algorithm is proposed. First, the frame length is divided into several time slots; then, dynamically estimating the number of electronic tags, determining the length of frames that should be sent, The probability of the time slot response in the frame is maximized, and the collision probability of the system is minimized. The simulation results show that the system throughput rate of the improved frame time slot anti-collision algorithm can be kept above 50%, and the throughput can reach 65% in the working range with a large number of RFID tags. above. Compared with the average 36% system throughput with frame time slot anti-collision algorithm, the system throughput rate of improved frame time slot algorithm is increased by nearly 1 time times. Because of the simpler structure, it is easy to use in practical applications.
