First we site, and some of our ideas, we are mainly from five aspects. The first is high energy efficiency. There are also high stability, high security, high scalability, and high redundancy. We are in the process of large data processing infrastructure is essential, we are in the current data center, from the location of the traffic is very convenient, there is sufficient electricity, in the center of Beijing 15 minutes, the airport is very close.
We are in the computer room facilities, each Project Professional team to design planning, to promote rapid implementation, our implementation of this project only spent 18 months, from the establishment, design, financing to complete production, a total of 18 months, in this time the progress is very high, this is also a lot of advisory bodies in the industry, As well as our equipment manufacturers system vendors and so on altogether to provide a strong support.
Why do we say that? First of all, the site is located in this place, it has 110,000 volts of redundant power security, we are siting, large data centers, as well as our scalable data centers, in the electricity security we are very reliable, in this area is the first large, a total of more than 30,000 square meters. Installed capacity, cooling machine Installed capacity is also the largest water-cooled, in order to be able to save energy use of hydro. There is also the power system, the power system is also the largest, we in the inside 110,000 volts of electricity for the data center to provide power support. In addition, the number of cabinets and installed servers is the most. Our philosophy is modular design, mainly based on user demand for flexible design, the standard is built according to national P4 standards, to meet our cloud computing center, to meet cloud computing and large data reliable data processing to achieve this standard.
In addition, we have to meet the basic system of outsourcing, total investment spent 650 million, which is hardware, software spent 200 million, total investment in 850 million. This data center concept, from building, electrical appliances, air-conditioning, technology innovation and energy-saving, we do a lot of energy-saving design, we do a green, environmental protection, energy saving, and Low-carbon, in response to the call of the country.
We now Poe is 1.6, saving electricity is about 35%, equipment 3.0 is about twice times the capacitance, we in the next 5-10 years such a scalable growth and development. Other indicators, the climate in Beijing has made full use of winter, is hot and cold exchange, we have done some work.
We have designed a separate power supply for each module with a standby power supply. We also have 40 power distribution units, mutual backup, power reliable, mainly uninterruptible power supply and air-conditioning water have done a backup.
Ultra-standard power security system, security system we have done five 99.99% power warning, which comes from two real dual-road substation, for our data center to provide dual power protection. At the same time provide a high reliability of diesel power generation, the generator selects one of the best generators to generate electricity, to achieve power protection. Electricity reached 801 million volts, in the domestic power security, according to the relevant professional agencies statistics is the largest.
The alternative power supply option is to select the US Caterpillar 3516BHO generator. We store eight-hour oil storage in the north-South Oil depot, and the generators can provide oil supplements to three gas stations around four hours.

At the same time, we are in Shanghai, Chengdu is also building a cloud computing center, with 1.6T planning, the current phase of the 160G high-speed optical fiber processing network, the three connected to our users to provide a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure platform.
Our cloud computing centers are based on cloud computing, value-added services, and other businesses to provide an infrastructure platform. Our philosophy is to provide such a reliable infrastructure for all open SaaS centers, providing this security and reliability to our partners as well as our integrated outsourcing services. We have a high-speed fiber network in Beijing, to our data to do backup, we next in Shanghai and Chengdu in the provision of this high-speed data backup to do, so that seamless migration for users to meet the needs of our users. We hope that through these two years of efforts, for our vast cloud computing, as well as the application of the enterprise to provide a high security and reliability of more than 100,000 square meters of infrastructure.
