Policy settings include the current step's flow mode, handling personnel, and return policy settings.

Transfer Type:When there are multiple steps after the current step, this type of selection can determine the method of sending the subsequent steps.

1. System Control: the system determines the route entry based on the flow conditions you set online (the Online Condition settings will be described later ).

2. Select one branch for transfer: when there are multiple subsequent steps, the current handler can only send them to the next step.

3. Select multiple branches for transfer: when there are multiple subsequent steps, the current processor can select multiple or all of the subsequent steps.

Select during running:Whether to allow the processing staff to select the receiver when sending the request to the next step. If this parameter is set to disallow, it can only be sent to the default processor. The effect is as follows:

Handler type:Set the handler type that the previous step sent to this step.

1. All members: the processor of the current step can be any type of organizational unit, and can select departments, positions, personnel, and working groups. If you select a department or a position, it is sent to the department or all persons under the position.

2. Department: Set that the processor of the current step can only be a department, that is, when you select the recipient of the step during the previous step, you can only select a department.

3. Position: Set that the current step can only be a position, and the recipient can only select a position when the previous step is sent to this step.

4. Workgroup: Set that the processor of the current step can only be a workgroup. the receiver can only select a workgroup when the previous step is sent to this step.

5. Personnel: Set that the processor of the current step can only be a person. The receiver can only select a person when the previous step is sent to this step, and cannot select a department position or other types.

6. initiator: Set the processor of the current step to the initiator of the current process instance.

7. handler for the previous step: the handler for the current step is the handler for the previous step.

8. one-step processor: the processor of the current step is set to the processor of the previous step of the process. This item is used by the result processor, that is, the processor of which step is to be selected to process the current step.

9. Field Value: The current processor step is the organization ID string stored in a field in the business table. When this option is set, you must select a field in the Value Field.

10. initiator: the processor of the current step is the department leader of the Process instance initiator.

11. initiator in charge of Leadership: the current process processor is in charge of the process instance initiator. For example, Zhang is in charge of the Information Department. If the initiator is a person from the Information Department, Zhang will review this step.

12. Leaders of the processor in the previous step: Team hierarchy of the processor in the previous step.

13. Leaders in charge of the handling staff in the previous step: leaders in charge of the handling staff in the previous step of the current step.

Selection Range:Restrict the selection range of process handling personnel when selecting the next receiver. If we set the scope of the process design period to finance department, we can only select the recipient from the finance department when sending the process:

Handling steps:The processor type selected here is the processor of a specific step.

Value Field:Which field value is selected here when the field value is selected for the previous handler type as the handler for the current step.

Default processor:Select the default handler for the current step. You can select a department, position, and Working Group.

Return Policy:Set the return method for the current step.

1. Return Based on the processing policy: return based on the configured processing policy. If one person agrees, if one person returns the request, other users in this step will also return the request.

2. Return not allowed: The current step cannot be returned.

Processing policy:Set the processing policy for the current step.

1. Everyone must agree that, if there are more than one person processing the current step, everyone must agree to send it to the next step. If one of them is returned, all the to-do tasks will be returned.

2. One person agrees: when there are many people processing the current step, as long as one of them processes it, it will be sent to the next step, and others will not have to deal with it.

3. Determine whether to send to the next step based on the percentage of people in the Policy below. If the policy is set to 50 for five persons in a step, the policy is sent to the next step as long as three persons are processed.

4. Independent Processing: each person processes the task independently. If there are five persons in the current step, each person sends the task and the next handler receives a to-do task.

Return type:Set the return type for the current step.

1. Return the previous step: return it to the sender.

2. Return to a specific step: Set to return to the previous step of the current step. If this option is selected, You need to select the steps to return in the following return steps.

3. Return the first step: return it to the process initiator.
