[100 for help] the Win764-bit PHP5.4.2ldap module cannot be loaded.

I confirmed that the PHP extension path is correct. if other modules can be loaded, php_ldap.dll cannot be loaded. this dll must exist in the PHP Extension folder, but phpinfo cannot find this module.

The error message during Apache startup is:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: in Unknown on line 0
