At the end of the compilation, Uboot.bin (/work/system/u-boot-1.1.6$) is generated in the virtual machine, and Uboot.bin files are passed back to the Windows directory via CuteFTP software.

Burn write: Uboot.bin (Oflash,dnw,tftp can be burned) by previous knowledge

Kernel patching:

(1) Upload kernel, kernel patch files to virtual machine (FTP)

(2) in virtual machine: Cd/work/system;  Tar xjf linux-2.6.22.6; CD linux-2.6.22.6/;

PATCH–P1 < /linux2.6.22.6_jz2440.patch;

CP config_ok. config;

Make uimage;

Make clean

CD://The above procedure will drag a patch file under Windows into the virtual machine, unzip the patch in the virtual machine to complete

Tar cjf linux-2.6.22.6.tar.bz2 linux-2.6.22.6//compress the files in the virtual machine, and then drag the file back to Windows, as it is easier to see the files under Windows

Compress complete, drag back to Windows

CD linux-2.6.22.6/

CP config_ok. config

Make Uimage//This uimage is the kernel image that was used in the previous lessons, this time we just learned to do it again, but the most important thing is how to do it, it's all about physical activity.

(3) in the source sight project: In the SI inside look at the code (SI folder in the kernal_projects inside) in the Add file in can, do not watch the video.

(4) After compilation Uimage generated, you can drag back to Windows, and then burn Write tool to burn write to the Development Board.
