A workaround for a Linux file that appears to be missing permissions after Windows system

Source: Internet
Author: User

File permissions are lost when you copy files from Linux to Windows and then to Linux.

Workaround:

After compressing the files, copy the compressed files to the Windows system, then copy the compressed files to the Linux server and perform the decompression on the target Linux server.

Compression command: Tar cvf test.tar filename

Decompression command: Tar xvf test.tar

You can download xmanager Enterprise 4 Linux management software online, use the xftp to copy files to the Windows operating system, and then copy to the target Linux server, unzip.
