Loadercontext Properties of Checkpolicyfile:

If you load an image (JPEG, GIF, or PNG) from outside the domain where the calling SWF file is executing, and you expect to have access to the contents of the image from ActionScript, set this flag to true . Examples of accessing image content include referencing Loader.content properties to get the Bitmap object, and calling BitmapData.draw() methods to get a copy of the loaded image pixels. If you checkPolicyFile try to do one of these operations without specifying it at load time, you may get an SecurityError exception because the required policy files have not been downloaded.
