My website uses the CI framework, for example, www.abc.com.
Now I have an a.txt file in the root directory. I want to access it like this:
Www.abc.com/a.txt

Since CI is used, direct access is not allowed. Is there any way to access it directly?

Are the two RewriteCond added above?
