About Python's development tools--canopy

In the course of learning and using Scikit-learn, two Ides (Canopy and Anaconda) were recommended in the official documentation, and I found Canopy was available after I installed it under Win7 and Mac respectively. Anaconda didn't understand how to use it. Win7 under the use of canopy also have some small twists and turns, but eventually can use, I think it is very convenient.

Since there is free, and there is a charge, then the free is necessarily not as good as the charge. After I install the canopy, the interface is this:

Open package manage, found that there are already a lot of packages, including I need to use the NumPy, scipy, matplotlib, etc., but there is no scikit-learn.

From avaliable packages find Scikit-learn After, also can not install, I wonder if the tangle provides such a tool, why not install from this. Finally understand that express is not so convenient, fortunately you can install Scikit-learn, and finally can use. I almost uninstalled canopy and gave up using it.
