We will follow suit in step 5 ....

[Root @ localhost XXX]
Next, you can perform any operations ~~~
I download loadrunner9.5 Linux installer on HP's official website [T7177-15009.iso]
The installation programs include support for HP, IBM, Linux, and Solaris systems.
1. the VM shares a virtual CD with the XP system. After loading the CD, you will see it on the VM and use CP (copy) to the/dev/cdrom xxx. ISO directory.
Command: # cp/dev/cdrom xxx. ISO
2 Mount ISO: mkdir/mnt/LoadRunner (create directory)
Mount-T iso9660-o loop T7177-15009.iso/mnt/LoadRunner pending command
3.Start Installation:
/Mnt/LoadRunner/Linux/Installer. Sh
Follow the prompts and click Next to finish (several minutes ).
4.Add User and Environment Variables:
Useradd-G 0-S/bin/csh lw (user name, if the permission is not enough to write: chmod 777 LW grant the highest permission)
CAT/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator/env. CSH>/etc/. login (note uppercase; otherwise, the specified directory cannot be found)
CAT/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator/env. CSH> ~ LW/. cshrc
Touch ~ Root/. rhosts ~ LW/. rhosts
5.Check the running environment(Run on the local machine or using VNC ):
Su-LW
CD/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator/bin/
. /Verify_generator, it's still difficult for me. It's really depressing. It prompts m_lroot to set the environment variable first. I set it ...)
When you run this step, the following message is displayed: [root @ localhost bin] #./verify_generator
Environment Variable m_lroot must be set to the product directory
In order for verify_generator to execute.
Please setenv/Export (CSH/SH) it and run verify_generator again
1 input command: $ echo Shell
Bash
In this way, it is in the bash environment, so find the. bashrc file in the root directory and add the following statements:
2 command: vi. bashrc (click Insert on the keyboard to edit)
3 at # user .................. Edit Environment Variables
Export product_dir =/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator
Export m_lroot = $ product_dir
Export LD_LIBRARY_PATH =$ {m_lroot}/bin
Export path =$ {m_lroot}/bin: $ path
Press ESC: WQ (save and Exit)

6.Start the service(Using the newly added user higkoo ):
CD/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator/bin/
./M_daemon_setup start
7.Check whether startup is enabled:
PS aux | grep m_agent_daemon
Netstat-naop | grep 54345
8.Notes:
Enable port 54345 or disable the firewall (Service iptables stop)
The following is a summary of personal installation:
1. for shell, there is a detailed script for setting different environment variables for different shells in env. CSH. I personally think we should have a more systematic understanding of the Linux configuration file, such ~ /. Bashrc ~ /. Bash_profile/etc/. Profile and so on;
2. When the root user is used to run/opt/HP/hp_loadgenerator/bin/. verify_generator, the above 5th errors will always be reported, even if $ ENV shows that the environment variables are correctly set.
