  3. Plsql Devement is a database tool that configures DNS to connect to a database using Plsql devement

  4. Plsql developer This is a third-party software developed by Oracle and must have Oracle client support, and you can use Plsql devement to connect to the database without a client on the machine where the Oracle service is installed (DNS is configured)
