Ii. Definitions and Use of cross tabulation queries

The cross-tabulation query displays the summary values (total, calculation, and average) of a field in the table, and groups them in the query table. A group is listed on the left of the data table, A group is listed on the top of the data table. This function is also available in Chinese Visual FoxPro 6. Compared with Chinese Access 2000, the procedure is as follows:


Step 1. In the "" window, click "query" in the "object" List Group, make it in the selected state, and click "new" in the "" window toolbar, in the new query dialog box, select the cross tabulation query wizard, and click OK. See figure 8.
