The window opened by the CMD window by default is ANSI (that is, gbk two bytes of encoded bytes), Android is utf-8:

Only need to change to utf-8 (also can modify the project code for GBK, personal recommendation also utf-8 good global):

Open cmd, window input:

Chcp 65001  

Note that the font cannot be a point font, it must be the two (I like Consolas)
