Description 80 port is occupied, use Netstat-ano to see under, which program? And then discover that it is a system process, and of course it kills with kill:

Supposedly the system can not occupy 80 port, is it IIS, this host is to take over others, do not initialize the environment, did not deal with clean, to the service inside looked, but found that IIS is not installed. Then check the next sql2008, supposedly 2008 can not occupy 80 ports, unless it is Reporting Services.
