In general, after the Oracle database installation, there are many default accounts and passwords, more commonly used are:
Account: Scott Password: Tiger account: System Password: Manager account: sys password: any character.
When we want to create an account, we can use SYS to login SYSDBA, create the user (need authorization), the code is as follows

Create user username identified by "password"; Authorization: Grant create session to user name; Grant CREATE table to user name; Grant create tablespace to user name; Grant CREATE view to user name; Grant create sequence to user name;

With the partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and real application testing options
Sql> create user QC identified by "QC";
User has created.
Sql> Grant create session to QC;
The authorization was successful.
Sql> grant CREATE table to QC;
The authorization was successful.
Sql> Grant create tablespace to QC;
The authorization was successful.
Sql> Grant CREATE view to QC;
The authorization was successful.
Sql>grant create sequence to QC;
The authorization was successful.
You can then log on with the newly set user.
We typically use Scott to log in to Sysdba, at which point the account may not unlock the state, this time can be used

To unlock the account. You may be asked to change the password after unlocking:
