Install SQL server in a non-Domain environment. The default Administrator is "machine name \ Administrator ", after being upgraded to a domain controller, because the Windows user "machine name \ Administrator" has been automatically changed to "Domain Name \ Administrator", SQL Server also needs to follow the change; otherwise, some services cannot be processed.

Solution: Use alter login to change the Login Name:

Alter login [machine name \ Administrator]
With name = [Domain Name \ Administrator]
