Obviously, c3p0 does not find the corresponding configuration file (c3p0-config.xml or c3p0. properties), so it cannot connect to the database to report an error.

 

Solution:

C3p0-config.xml or c3p0. properties needs to be put together with the package on the boat (under the same level)
