I checked it online. There are three solutions:
1. Go to C: \ Users \ Administrator \ VirtualBox VMs \ and delete the corresponding guest folder, and then re-open the guest.
2. Enable bios (depending on your computer). BIOS Setup Utility -- "Config ==> CPU ==> Intel (R) virtualization Technology (if you are not using an intel processor, it is another option with virtualization technology) ==> set to Enabled
3. Adjust the number of CPUs to one in the virtual machine settings.
I used 3rd solutions to solve the problem.
