Device card upgrades on sliding screen
Many iOS 9 users in the upgrade card in the "Sliding Upgrade" interface, and then the screen is completely unresponsive or even panic. Apple has now acknowledged the existence of the bug and has given its users official advice:
Method One: If you have upgraded to iOS 9:
1, the device through the USB connection to the computer, and open itunes;

If you encounter the above problems after the upgrade, you can try several ways:
1, while holding down the home/power button for 10 seconds, the device will be restarted, usually solve most of the problems;
2, to the Wi-Fi connection settings to choose to ignore this network, and then reconnect;
3. Reset all network settings to the set and general purpose;
4, in the privacy settings, location, system services to disable wireless network services and then open;

Touch screen unresponsive

IMessage or FaceTime cannot be activated
