Substring (parameter) is a method for intercepting strings in java.
There are two parameter passing Methods
Public String substring (int beginIndex)
Returns a new string, which is a substring of this string. The substring starts from the character at the specified index until the end of the string.
The other is public String substring (int beginIndex, int endIndex)
Returns a new string, which is a substring of this string. This substring starts from the specified beginIndex until the character at the index endIndex-1.
Therefore, the length of the substring is endIndex-beginIndex.

Define a String type variable to store the number to intercept the String from position I to Position I + 1
In general, we extract the characters from number I to I + 1, and then assign the value to the String type variable subString.
